Terms and Conditions for Internet Services: SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V.
Coverage
All service contracts must be located within the coverage area; any request found outside the coverage area cannot be processed. In the event of restrictions preventing installation, even within a coverage area, the client will be notified in a timely manner.
Contracting Requirements

Registration on the SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. Website: The client must register the required data in the form available at www.smartnett.com.mx.

Advance payment of one (1) month's rent at the time of installation: A payment equivalent to the first monthly rent of the contracted plan must be made, at the "prompt payment" price.

Official Identification: As a requirement for contracting Smartnett services, the applicant must present official identification at the time of installation.

Payments
SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. will use a third-party payment processor ("Payment Processor") to link the Subscriber's credit card to the payment gateway. Payment processing regarding use and service contracting will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Gateway and the respective credit card issuer, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. shall not be responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor.
Conditions
SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V., including all content, text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of the Licensees or their licensors and are protected by the Industrial Property Law, Federal Copyright Law, and other international laws or treaties. The compilation of all content and any software or other material is the exclusive property of the company and/or its licensors. Content may not be reproduced or used without express written authorization. The company reserves the right to terminate any account if unauthorized use of copyrighted content is detected.
SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. shall hold full title and ownership of all intellectual property rights, as well as any suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided by the Subscriber. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a sale and do not transfer any ownership rights to the Subscriber.
Indemnification
The Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. harmless from and against any and all claims, including legal fees and costs, arising from the misuse of our brand.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions to remedy violations, including restricting access to the portal or digital media. The company has the right to investigate and cooperate with competent authorities regarding violations and to monitor Subscriber access to ensure compliance with applicable legislation or court orders. Access may be disabled at any time without prior notice if the company, at its sole discretion, considers the Subscriber to be in breach of these terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and application of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect unless SMARTNETT TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. DE C.V. chooses to terminate them. The Subscriber may terminate these terms at any time by ceasing use of the services. The company may also terminate these terms immediately without notice if it believes the Subscriber has failed to comply with any term or applicable law. Upon termination, the Subscriber must immediately destroy all materials downloaded or obtained from the web portal.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Subscribers expressly submit to the laws and competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them for any reason. All disputes or claims shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts of Mexico City.

In compliance with the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, users are informed of the cookie policy.
